Job Description

Welcomes guests and takes care of them from arrival to departure.
Assists guest with check-in, check-out, and any issues related to room service.
Handles guest complaints and comments as soon as possible.
Manages guest mail, messages, and answers phone calls.
Maintains a high standard of personal appearance, develops friendly relationship with guest, and ensure hygiene at all time

Qualifications

Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English.

Customer-oriented.
