Position Overview :
As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will drive sales and profitability within your industry by exploring market opportunities and potential projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and target construction projects.
- Visit project sites to assess the needs of the scaffolding and formwork system.
- Work with the engineering team to create proposals for the required scaffolding and formwork systems.
- Negotiate commercial terms with customers.
- Prepare contracts, manage customer payments, and oversee shipments.
- Regularly visit construction sites after sales to provide support and address any questions.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.At least 7 years of experience in the scaffolding and formwork sector, preferably in sales.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Experience with AutoCAD software is preferred.Detail-oriented with strong flexibility and responsibility.Strong professional ethics, open, and trustworthy.Self-motivated, independent, and committed.Confident with high self-assertion.Open-minded with good cultural awareness.Ability to work under pressure, including irregular hours.Knowledge of commercial aspects such as bids, contracts, payment systems, and shipping methods.Willing to be relocatedWhat We Offer :
