Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize BPO workflows by translating business goals into executable strategies. Monitor performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to ensure efficiency, productivity, and KPI alignment.
- Formulate and refine go-to-market, seller growth, and merchandise strategies tailored to market needs. Monitor market trends and the merchant ecosystem to identify high-potential sellers, emerging product opportunities, and potential risks.
- Design, implement, and manage merchant strategies to drive growth, strengthen engagement, and build long-term partnerships. Resolve complex seller queries and provide actionable insights to improve seller experience and retention.
- Lead key platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Continuously assess and adjust operational processes to support growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional (XFN) and category teams to align strategies, drive shared objectives, and optimize performance while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related E-commerce field.At least 2 years of experience in BPO operations, e-commerce or tech company.Experience in mid / long-tail seller management or mass seller growth strategy.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business objectives.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and propose actionable improvements.Preferred requirements
Experience in BPO project management or Automotive & Electronics Category Strategy.Previous experience in e-commerce or tech-related industries is a plus.Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and contribute to a scaling environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders.About TikTok
