Agency Financing Selection Specialist

Responsibilities

• Financing Request Review & Evaluation : Review and assess financing program proposals submitted by agents. Ensure documentation completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards. Conduct financial and risk analysis to determine feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with GA Owner / Budget Owner : Partner with GA Owners to monitor their team budgets and financing utilization. Ensure financing program recruitment is aligned with GA Owner targets and business plans. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financing strategies for agency growth.
• Process Optimization : Identify and implement improvements in the financing request review process. Develop SOPs and tools to enhance operational efficiency and transparency.
