HRGA Supervisor

Establishes and leads recruitment practices and procedures necessary to recruit and retain an effective workforce.

Enhance HR policies & produces which are in compliance with local labor laws and regulations and in line with WXD China, regional and global practice.

Plans, develops, implements and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align staff with the strategic goals of the company and leads the implementation of a performance management system.

Handling employee compensation and benefits, including income tax calculations (PPh21).

Working with managers, coaching them and advising on all issues.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, major in HR management or other related field.
• Minimum 3 years hands on experience in HR & General Affairs.
• Familiar with the use of payroll systems.
• Reliable and responsible, with good team spirit, communication and understanding ability, learning ability and breakthrough spirit.
• Generalist background with broad knowledge of recruitment, compensation & benefits, organizational planning, employee and industrial relations, training and development, performance management, human resources information systems and general affairs.
• Have a strong knowledge of Indonesia Labor Regulations and Labor Law.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).
