Job description
  • Lead negotiations for new leases, lease renewals, and lease amendments.
  • Develop and implement strategies for acquiring and retaining key properties.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Developers key Person.
  • Proactively address and resolve any developers concerns or issues.
  • Foster open communication and transparency with developers.
  • Oversee the day-to-day property management activities, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations.

    • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • Min. 2 years work experience in sales, marketing role, preferably within the enterprise market or B2B sector.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Excellent in project management tools and methodologies.
    • Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang .
