Job Description
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, and inbound lead follow-up.Engage decision-makers to understand business challenges and position solutions effectively.Build and nurture relationships with prospects to create a strong sales pipeline.Work closely with account managers and senior sales teams to hand over qualified opportunities.Achieve and exceed KPIs related to lead generation, meetings booked, and revenue contribution.The Successful Applicant
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by results.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.Experience in B2B or SaaS sales is an advantage.Experience or Knowledge within Civil Engineering and Constructions is a plusWhat\'s on Offer
