Job Description

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Engage decision-makers to understand business challenges and position solutions effectively.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects to create a strong sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with account managers and senior sales teams to hand over qualified opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed KPIs related to lead generation, meetings booked, and revenue contribution.
  • The Successful Applicant

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by results.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS sales is an advantage.
  • Experience or Knowledge within Civil Engineering and Constructions is a plus
