Finetiks is a licensed fintech company regulated by the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK). We partner with trusted banks to offer market-leading financial products. Our flagship product, Finetiks VIP Save, is a digital savings account offering an attractive 6% p.a. interest rate, with no fees. It is backed by Bank Victoria International, an established Indonesian commercial bank listed on the stock exchange with over 30 years of experience and nearly 40 branches across Indonesia.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Person to drive the growth of savings held in our Finetiks VIP Save product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial products and a proven track record of acquiring and building relationships with middle to high-income customers, generating leads, and managing partnerships. This person will play a key role in expanding our customer base and developing scalable sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase deposits in Finetiks VIP Save.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets per the company's growth goals.
  • Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management : Identify and acquire middle to high-income customers through various channels. Build and maintain relationships with VIP customers.
  • Partnership Development : Establish strategic partnerships with businesses, financial advisors, and community organizations to drive customer referrals. Negotiate partnership terms and ensure successful implementation of campaigns.
  • Lead Generation & Networking : Develop a strong network to generate high-quality leads. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote Finetiks VIP Save.
  • Reporting & Performance Management : Track and report sales performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to improve product performance and customer engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the financial services or insurance sector. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience working with Upper to high-net-worth individuals. Strong knowledge of financial products, including savings accounts and investment solutions.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
