Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on precast concrete products to potential clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and recommend suitable precast solutions.
• Actively seek and generate new sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the precast division.
• Prepare and present proposals, including cost estimates and project timelines.
• Work closely with the technical and engineering teams to create customized solutions that meet client specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure seamless execution of precast projects.
• Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
• Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients, detailing benefits and applications.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and analyze data to identify trends.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Communicate client feedback and market insights to relevant internal stakeholders.
