Job description

Overview

Minimum 3-5 years experience in troubleshooting, installation related to the electrical industry (Transmission and Distribution).

Electrical Engineer graduated from a reputable university / Bachelor degree is a must.

Good IT skills, SCADA are necessary and an understanding of HTML is required.

Able to communicate in English, both oral and written, in-view of relations with foreign companies.

Posses a good time management, organized and structured.

Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills.

Preferably has knowledge to support and / or experience in : LIVE WORKING (PDKB) - TOOLS for Electricians; and / or TESTING of ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENTS.

Willing to travel for working on site in another city / island.

Must possess a valid Class A driving license and be able to drive a car.

Good in problem solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to technical support requests via email, phone, or in person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with computers, software, printers, and networks.
  • Install, configure, and update hardware and software.
  • Monitor system performance and report any irregularities.
  • Maintain documentation of support tasks and technical tools and assets.
  • Provide basic training or guidance to users when needed.
  • Work with other field technician team members or vendors to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications and Requirements
