AI Engineer – Chatbot

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in developing conversational AI solutions, with a focus on chatbot development.
• Extensive familiarity with pertinent frameworks used in chatbot development, such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa etc.
• Capability to work autonomously and effectively in an asynchronous work environment.
• Strong proficiency in NLP / LLM and the ability to implement NLP techniques effectively.
• Experience in integrating chatbots with existing systems.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong documentation skills to create comprehensive and clear technical documentation.

About the role

As an AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of enhancing user experience by building an intelligent chatbot that interacts with clients in natural language. Leveraging our existing job posting systems and talent recommendation algorithms, you will play a crucial role in creating a user-friendly and efficient interface for clients to effortlessly manage their recruitment needs. Contract Duration is 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.
