Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute the Corporate Communication strategy in alignment with the organization’s overall mission and goals.
  • Media And Stakeholder Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers; serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization in key public forums and media engagements; develop messaging frameworks to ensure consistency across all communications.
  • Crisis Management : Lead crisis communication efforts, including proactive risk identification and management; establish protocols for rapid response to critical issues affecting the organization’s reputation; serve as the main point of contact for high-stakes communication challenges.
  • Internal Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, branding, and executive teams to ensure communication efforts align with organizational objectives; provide media training and guidance to executives and other spokespersons; ensure all global regions remain aligned with the overarching Corporate Communication strategy.
  • Content Development : Oversee the creation of press releases, speeches, op-eds, and other communication materials; manage the production of reports and white papers to support thought-leadership initiatives.
  • Team Management : Build, mentor, and lead a team of Corporate Communication professionals; manage relationships with Corporate Communication agencies and consultants to enhance internal capabilities.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

    • Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Corporate Communication roles; global experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication.
  • Proven track record in managing high-profile media campaigns.
  • Strong leadership abilities and expertise in crisis management.
  • Experience in cross-cultural communication and collaboration with diverse, international teams.
