What You Will Do

Currently, we are looking for someone who can fill the position of Partnership Associate. In general, you need to identify, develop, and nurture partnerships with relevant external parties that can help Cakap brand awareness, customer reach, and acquisition.   • Develop and manage relationships with education institutions, the marketplace, wholesalers, and other stakeholders to ensure our pricing and inventory competitiveness, as well as favorable commissions.
  • Enable tools and support required to optimize promotion performance, supporting growth through improved conversion and customer acquisition.
  • Identify key potential partners for joint promotion.
  • Develop and manage relationships with external parties for delivering joint promotions and fueling growth.
  • Negotiate for exclusive deals with suppliers.
  • Handle the full process to secure partnership contracts with partners.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing and potential partners.

Requirements and Specifications

To perform well in this role, candidates should possess specific knowledge and skills, including :

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication science, marketing, or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in partnership management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence at the appropriate level.
  • Analytical, data-driven, reliable, and results-oriented.
  • Familiarity with the consumer web domain and Education Institution / Technology business.
  • Successful track record of managing a pipeline of partnership opportunities from initiation to closure.
  • Knowledge of regulations and local practices related to partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
