Overview : This position will be based across Indonesia.
Description :
- Supervise administrative teams across 2–3 Distribution Centers, ensuring compliance with SOPs and SLAs.
- Manage Accounts Receivable, overdue balances, and collections to achieve AR targets.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in Odoo in line with company regulations.
- Oversee accurate bank reconciliations by customer and invoice number.
- Manage cash flow for each Distribution Center.
- Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards for AR, Collection, and Panjer .
