Job descriptionProven experience in managing and developing B2B partnerships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong project management abilities are a plus. Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel as required for partnership activities.
As a Partnership B2B team member, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining relationships with our corporate partners. Your work will contribute to long-term partnerships that support StickEarn’s strategic growth.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Managing and nurturing communication with corporate partners across regions.
- Building and sustaining strong relationships with business clients and stakeholders.
- Planning, executing, and overseeing partnership initiatives and engagement activities.
- Ensuring partner needs and agreements are fulfilled effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless support and services to partners.
- Identifying and pursuing new business collaboration opportunities.
- Developing strategies to improve partner engagement and retention.
