About the Role

The Enablement Partner Lead (AMER) will be a key driver in empowering our Americas sales organization and partner ecosystem to effectively differentiate and sell GitLab's comprehensive AI-powered DevSecOps platform. This role reports to the Vice President, Global GTM Enablement & AI Strategy and focuses on building scalable, impactful enablement programs tailored to the unique needs of the AMER region.

Compensation
The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of the United States only. This range reflects the role's base salary rate in locations throughout the US. Salary grade level and amount are determined through interviews and the evaluation of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, equity with other team members, and market data, as well as geographic location. The base salary range does not include bonuses, equity, or benefits. Sales roles are eligible for incentive pay targeted at up to 100% of the base salary. $103,600 - $222,000 USD
