Creative Group Head

Job Description:

We’re searching for a dynamic and visionary Creative Group Head to lead our creative team and set new standards in digital imaging and design excellence. In this role, you’ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, stepping in to manage layouts and creative tasks when needed. You will drive innovative concepts, mentor your team, and ensure every project reflects our commitment to outstanding creative solutions. Your strong communication skills and proven ability to manage high-capacity projects will be instrumental in fostering collaboration and inspiring both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the creative vision for our team, ensuring innovative concepts align with client objectives.

• Team Mentorship: Lead, motivate, and nurture a high-performing creative team, fostering growth and a collaborative culture.

• Client Engagement: Maintain responsive, professional communication with clients, ensuring project excellence and satisfaction.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with other teams to deliver integrated, high-quality creative campaigns that push boundaries.

• Hands-on Execution: Step in to execute design tasks, including layouts and digital imaging, when team capacity is stretched.

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience in creative roles within a dynamic agency environment.

• Strong expertise in digital imaging, graphic design, and layout with a proven track record of innovative design.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with hands-on capabilities and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.

• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.

• Passionate about creativity and dedicated to driving continuous improvement and innovation.
