In the Marketing team, we focus on developing and executing strategies that fuel our ambitious growth goals while promoting financial literacy among millennials. With exciting campaigns and partnerships, such as our collaboration with global personalities, we aim to expand our reach and impact in the investment fintech landscape.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across key channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok.
  • Utilize deep understanding of digital ad platforms and campaign mechanics, including keyword strategies, audience targeting, bidding, and creative testing.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ROI forecasts and analyze campaign performance through key metrics and interpret conversion funnels and cohort analyses to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Align performance marketing strategies with broader business objectives while partnering with creative and design teams to develop high-impact ad assets—such as video scripts, compelling messaging, and channel-specific formats—ensuring creative direction supports overall campaign performance and goals.
  • Communicate insights effectively to both marketing and non-marketing stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally with different stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications :

  • At least 3 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns, preferably app based campaigns.
  • Deep Performance Marketing Channel Expertise (Must-Have), such as Google Ads, META, and TikTok Ads. Expertise planning, developing and executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and strong data analytical skill to give actionable next steps based on performance.
  • In-depth understanding of web and app tracking. Familiar with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Branch. Implementation of UTM parameters, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable analyzing data, interpreting conversion funnels, cohort analysis, and key performance indicators (ROAS, CAC, LTV). Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Mixpanel) is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, video scripts, compelling hooks, and channel-specific formats.
  • Ability to understand and align performance marketing strategies with overall business objectives and growth targets.
  • Experience in managing budgets, forecasting spend and ROI, and making data-driven decisions to scale successful campaigns and optimize underperforming ones.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience or understanding of the fintech or regulated industry is a valuable plus.
  • Comfortable and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly convey data-driven insights to both marketing and non-marketing stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with product, design, creatives, marketing, and data teams.
