Corporate Finance Specialist

Overview

Support corporate finance activities including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and transaction analysis. Assist in preparing investment memos, presentations, and reports for management and stakeholders. Participate in capital raising activities (equity, debt, project financing) and liaise internal and external stakeholders. Conduct industry research, benchmarking, and competitor analysis to support business strategies. Provide financial insights for M&A, joint ventures, or project evaluations. Monitor financial performance of projects or business units and support management with improvement recommendations.
