About the role
The Cofounder's Office & Business Strategy Associate will serve as a critical role in driving Pinhome's growth across our property marketplace and Pinhome Home Service (PHS) verticals. This role combines high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can seamlessly navigate between boardroom presentations and operational deep-dives.
You'll be at the center of key business decisions, working directly with C-level executives and cross-functional teams to shape the future of Indonesia's largest property-tech platform. First 6 Months Impact
- Lead 2-3 strategic initiatives that directly impact PHS profitability and property marketplace growth
- Establish robust analytical frameworks for ongoing business performance monitoring
- Build strong relationships across all functional teams (Operations, Finance, Product, Marketing)
- Contribute to key strategic decisions including market expansion and business model optimization
What You Will Do
Strategic Analysis & Planning
Conduct comprehensive market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business case development for new initiativesBuild financial models and scenario planning for Pinhome brokerage marketplace and PHSSupport geographic expansion decisions with data-driven recommendationsAnalyze unit economics across different service categories and marketsCross-Functional Project Leadership
Lead strategic projects spanning multiple departments (Operations, Finance, Product, Marketing)Coordinate between property marketplace and PHS teams to identify synergies and cross-selling opportunitiesManage strategic partnerships evaluation and business development initiativesDrive operational excellence initiatives to improve service quality and profitabilityExecutive Support & Communication
Prepare executive-level presentations for board meetings, investor updates, and strategic reviewsSynthesize complex business data into actionable insights for leadership decision-makingSupport C-levels in stakeholder management and strategic communicationsFacilitate strategic planning sessions and quarterly business reviewsPerformance Monitoring & Optimization

Educational Background & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related analytical fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, corporate strategy, or high-growth tech companiesProven track record of leading analytical projects and driving business impactTechnical & Analytical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets with complex financial modeling capabilitiesStrong quantitative analysis skills with experience in statistical analysis and A / B testingFamiliarity with unit economics, cohort analysis, and marketplace dynamicsA plus point of having experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)Strategic & Business Acumen
Deep understanding of marketplace business models and two-sided platformsExperience with P&L management and contribution margin analysisKnowledge of Indonesia consumer market dynamics (preferred)Understanding of on-demand service platforms and operational challengesLeadership & Communication

You'll join Pinhome's Strategy & Cofounders Office team, working directly with the Cofounders and CSO who oversee both the overall company strategy and P&L ownership of Pinhome. Our team operates at the intersection of all business functions, driving key strategic initiatives that shape company direction, especially profitability.
