Director of Construction

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (Master’s preferred).

10+ years’ experience in high-end residential or resort construction, with 5+ in a senior management role.

Skilled in managing high-value projects within complex stakeholder environments, with strong expertise in project management tools, cost control systems, and Indonesian construction regulations.

Corporate Finance Manager

Professionally qualified accountant with credentials comparable to CPA, CA, or ACCA

10+ years’ experience in financial planning & analysis, group reporting, or audit, ideally within multinational and multi-entity structures

Proven experience in real estate finance, group reporting, FP&A, audit, and capital structuring, with a strong understanding of hospitality investments and effective stakeholder engagement.

General Requirement

A high level of proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential
