Responsibilities
- Create, build, and maintain communication and relationships to identify learning needs from clients and partners
- Coordinate resolution, prevention, and reduction of complaints from Executive Education stakeholders, especially clients and participants
- Visit clients to conduct needs analysis and recommend learning & development programs, including personal development plans tailored to customer needs
- Act as a trusted advisor to Executive Education’s customer support, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer objectives
- Communicate customer needs to related departments to achieve effective solutions
- Collect and analyze data to match best-fit products with customer requirements
- Coordinate learning program progress and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate closely with team members and facilitators / partners to ensure high-quality learning program implementation
- Assist vendors or partners (assessors) in creating effective learning programs
- Identify key capability gaps and explore learning needs and areas for improvement within business units or divisions
- Analyze customer / participant profiles to develop individual and departmental development plans
- Ensure job knowledge and skills are updated in line with business goals of each unit and division
- Coordinate coaching for Business Unit and Division leaders related to program implementation (e.g., delivering effective and measurable programs, policies, processes)
- Serve as liaison with Business Units and Divisions to build rigorous systems
- Review and evaluate final reports from previous programs to support continuous improvement and ongoing client programs

Minimum Master’s Degree (S2), preferably in PsychologyWork Exposure / Experience
