Our Customer Development team is embarking on an exciting journey, we are looking for a Deputy MT Channel Development (Minimarket) as part of our Modern Trade team.

What can you expect from the role?

The Intent of role is to guard, develop and implement the channel strategy as “corporate view” and bring channel expertise (6Ps Strategic Action Plan) into execution which can be achieved by

Ensuring the Alignment & Calibration on Channel Development Strategy

Generate & Coordination on Shopper & Channel Insights (Channel Trend, Market Overview, Accounts Dynamics – Corporate View)

Lead Account Category Review, Issues & Opportunities with KAM Minis

Authorize Channel Roles and Channel Jobs to be Done / JTBD including Channel Audit process.

Generate Recommendation on Portfolio & Pack Channel Prioritization / Focus

Getting alignment with BU CBD / CSP / CSI is critical part to deliver the output of this role, since this role will emphasize view on corporate whilst CSI on category view especially to define together channel role for category and verse category role for channel.

Defining clear role to generating key insights of shopper and channel, along with CMI will be a critical part as well. CMI more on all data panel research, whilst this role will enrich with POS data

Propose Category Management Collaboration to customer (with CSI & KAM) – opportunity on Planogram improvement and visibility deployment

Lead the process of Promo Governance representative from MT Channel

Does this sound like you?

Minimum 2 years of working experience as Shopper Marketing, AAM / DAM, or CSP

For internal applicants : has been in current position for at least 2 years by 1st of July 2025.

Holds a bachelor’s degree

Demonstrated strong understanding in Channel Management & Category Management

Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Agile, proactive and curious.

Strong in Data and insights analytics

Strong in project management & data acumen

Strong influencing. communication and interpersonal skills.
