Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficient in SQL, an RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL or MySQL), and PHP.
• Collaborate with data and product teams to deliver AI‑driven solutions.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies and infrastructure management.
• Solid grasp of cybersecurity concepts including data encryption, threat analysis, and firewall configuration, and cyber / digital forensic.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to both hardware and software.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in translating technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working in a fast‑paced environment.
• A team player with a proactive and curious attitude towards continuous learning and improvement.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, or Google Cloud, ISO 27001) are a strong plus.
