Ignite your culinary passion in the heart of the kitchen with a Hot Kitchen Internship at Grand Hyatt Bali! As a Culinary Intern in the Hot Kitchen, you’ll work closely with our professional chefs to prepare a wide variety of international and local dishes, from sizzling stir-fries and rich sauces to perfectly grilled meats and comforting soups.
Your main mission? To help create distinctive culinary experiences that delight every guest. You’ll learn essential kitchen techniques, how to work cleanly and efficiently, and how to bring flavours to life while operating in a real 5-star hotel environment. You’ll also get involved in food preparation, station setup, cooking, plating, and maintaining hygiene standards—all while experiencing the rhythm and excitement of a live kitchen.
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to grow your confidence, refine your cooking skills, and be part of a passionate and supportive culinary team. You’ll enjoy a personalised learning journey guided by your mentor (Learning & Development Manager), coach (Hot Kitchen Chef), and buddy (your kitchen teammates).
