Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle : prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Provide market insights and contribute to sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance reports.
Qualifications
Proven experience (min. 3–5 years) as a Sales Executive, Account Manager, or similar role in IT products / services.Demonstrated sales experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent CRM / ERP solutions (highly preferred).Strong “hunter” mentality with excellent closing skills.Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.Target-driven with resilience and persistence.Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Industrial Engineering (preferred) or related field.Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.What We Offer
