Responsibilities
Providing on-site or remote technical support for installation and commissioning of robot and equipment independently, identifying technical problems, troubleshooting, and making analysis through remote or on-site activity on robot system
Provide regular maintenance field service, robot programming, post-sales engineering support and product consultation (spare parts and robots)
Consulting with and advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures, and safety guidelines
Support projects execution through planning, meeting milestones and regular reviews
Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing specialist support and solutions.
Identifying opportunities for the development of new service applications, equipment and methods
Provide support to Sales Team, inclusive of Robot Simulation, cycle time evaluation and accessibility check and robot options
Prepare service report and update service documents and ensure all service and projects meet planned time, planned cost and customer requirement
Manage customer expectations by quick, clear and accurate delivery of pro-active service, information and responses to customers
Ownership for all technical issues / service operation and projects in assigned area (Indonesia)
