Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee the implementation of information systems, particularly in digital financial transactions. This role will focus on managing IT architecture, ensuring seamless API integration with strategic partners, and maintaining compliance with financial and remittance industry regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop IT implementation strategies aligned with company policies and monitor their execution.
  • Manage IT architecture and infrastructure, particularly for digital financial transaction systems (data security, high availability, scalability, compliance).
  • Ensure compliance with Bank Indonesia and OJK regulations, as well as international standards (e.g., PCI DSS, ISO 27001).
  • Ensure availability of IT networks, systems, and supporting devices.
  • Supervise API integration processes with banks, e-wallets, and external partners.
  • Proficient in programming languages (PHP / Java / Golang) and familiar with MySQL databases.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in fintech, banking, payment gateways, or digital financial services.
  • Familiar with industry standards and regulations : PCI DSS, ISO 27001, Bank Indonesia, and OJK.
  • Hands-on experience managing API integration with banks, e-wallets, or third-party systems.
  • Strong understanding of payment system architecture and large-scale financial transactions.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
