Overview

Mensa Group is a leading pharmaceutical and healthcare company in Indonesia. We are seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead and oversee our overseas operations.

Location : Overseas placement (Myanmar / Cambodia). Employment Type : Full-time.

Responsibilities

Oversee commercial and operational (distribution) aspects of the business in the assigned country.
Drive sales, marketing, and market expansion strategies.
Manage local teams to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and market standards.
Build strong relationships with business partners, distributors, and local authorities.
Provide strategic insights to headquarters on market opportunities and challenges.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in international business management, preferably in pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.

Strong background in sales and marketing with proven leadership in driving business growth.

Excellent communication and cross-cultural management skills.

Willingness to be placed overseas (Myanmar or Cambodia).

Strong adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving mindset in dynamic markets.
