Overview

ID Technical Solutions Consultant (ManageEngine) is a technical role focused on IT Management software across operations, security, help desk, desktops, networks, and related areas. ManageEngine offers over 90 products covering IT infrastructure needs and is part of Zoho Corporation.

Ideal candidates are familiar with ITIL, SNMP, WMI, AD, AWS, Containers, SIEM or MDM. ManageEngine products are used by a large portion of Fortune 100 companies and across many verticals. The role serves as a technical solution consultant for our IT Management software suite and works with partners and customers in the country.

Responsibilities

  • Be an evangelist for IT solutions across operations, security, help desk, desktops, networks, etc.
  • Engage with customers (IT Managers, IT Administrators, Engineers) and partners to understand requirements and recommend appropriate ManageEngine products in coordination with Account Managers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and address technical queries.
  • Work with multiple IT Management products from the company.
  • Develop understanding of product areas including Desktop Management, IT Help Desk, Windows Management, and Public / Private Cloud management.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and product events online or offline as needed.
  • Travel to customer locations as required when conditions are normal.

Requirements

  • Excellent business-level local language skills.
  • Interest in learning new software products and diving into details.
  • Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple ManageEngine product teams.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge with experience in IT industry.
  • Good background in ITSM solutions, desktop, server, and network administration devices is essential.
  • Residency in the country of application and proficiency in the local language at a professional level.
  • Datacenter experience or Enterprise LAN Network experience or Windows environment experience is advantageous.
  • ITIL V3 Foundation certification, Microsoft Certification, Cisco or other industry certifications are advantageous.
