Job Description :

The Asset Management Division Head is responsible to direct, integrate, and oversee all asset management activities — including goods storage, logistics and distribution, inventory control, and related support functions (repair & maintenance, etc) — to ensure smooth project execution and fulfillment of internal requirements, thereby contributing to the company’s overall business performance and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Planning & Leadership : Develop and implement asset management strategies aligned with corporate goals. Lead and supervise the asset management team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
• Asset Lifecycle Management : Oversee the full asset lifecycle including acquisition, utilization, maintenance, and disposal. Ensure asset longevity and value preservation through proper planning and preventive maintenance programs.
• Inventory & Logistics Oversight : Manage inventory control processes, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and optimization of stock levels. Supervise logistics operations including storage, transportation, and distribution to ensure timely availability of goods for projects and internal use.
• Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and industry standards related to asset handling and usage. Identify and mitigate risks related to asset mismanagement, loss, or inefficiency.
• Budgeting & Cost Control : Prepare and monitor budgets for asset procurement, maintenance, and operational efficiency. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and availability standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with project teams, procurement, finance, and other departments to align asset usage with project timelines and business needs. Provide asset-related insights and support for strategic decision-making.
• Reporting & Data Analysis : Maintain accurate records of all assets and generate regular reports on asset status, utilization, and performance. Use data analytics to forecast needs, assess asset performance, and support planning efforts.
