Head of Financial Controller

We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Head of Financial Controller to lead our finance operations, including financial reporting, AR / AP management, and treasury functions. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Manage day‑to‑day finance operations including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

Supervise treasury activities, including cash flow planning, banking relationships, and liquidity management.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.

Drive process improvements and automation across finance functions.

Partner with cross‑functional teams to support business decisions and financial planning.

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.

Proven experience in financial controlling and operational finance.

Minimum 10 years of experience with 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of AR / AP and treasury management.

Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.

Proficiency in English is a must.
