PT Young Industries Indonesia, division of Young Corporation, is a reputable industry & properties development company with 38 years of experience. We are looking for Software Admin HRD in Cileungsi, West Java right now.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Admin HRD to join our team at PT Young Industry Indonesia in Cileungsi, West Java. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources and administrative functions, ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

What you\'ll be doing

Managing employee records and personnel files
Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding of employees
Coordinating employee benefits and leave requests
Maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures
Providing administrative support to the HR team
Handling general office and administrative tasks as needed

What we\'re looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or HR assistant role

Domiciled around Cileungsi area or willing to be placed there

Strong organization and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of HRIS system and all types of BPJS

Understanding of attendance systems

Knowledge of HR policies and procedures

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Problem-solving and decision-making skills
