Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with upstream clients, including KKKS and oilfield service companies.
- Monitor and follow up on tender opportunities from upstream operators and ensure alignment with procurement and vendor requirements.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the upstream segment, focusing on drilling, wellhead, and production facility needs.
- Responsible for clarification / communication with customers from the stage of receiving inquiries until the payment process from customers can be accepted by the company.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to order, including proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with technical specifications and delivery schedules required by upstream projects.
- Conduct regular site visits to client locations including drilling sites, rig yards, and upstream facilities.
- Stay updated on industry developments, SKK Migas guidelines, and upstream regulations that impact commercial opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, or Industrial).At least 2–3 years of experience in upstream oil & gas sector, especially in handling KKKS, rig operators, or EPCs related to drilling and production.Strong understanding of upstream equipment and systems (e.g., valves, wellhead control systems, flowlines, separators, etc.).Knowledge of SKK Migas procedures, PTK007, and vendor registration in upstream procurement portals is a strong advantage.Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially for technical discussions with engineers and procurement.Results-oriented with good negotiation and commercial acumen.Willing to travel to client sites (including remote or offshore locations if required).Preferably domiciled in Jakarta, Tangerang, or Bekasi.Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.PT.
