Job descriptionMinimum 5 years of experience in Interior Design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior designer role . Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture . Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools, Adobe Suite). Excellent knowledge of materials, furnishings, and spatial planning. Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a design team effectively. Strong eye for detail, creativity, and brand consistency. Experience in property, hospitality, or co-living industry is a plus.
Kozystay is a fast growing early stage hospitality technology start-up focusing on the short term rentals industry (Airbnb, etc) for the next generation guests. Kozystay provides premium end-to-end property management, capitalising technology to streamline operational processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for Kozystay units, from concept, layout, mood boards, to final execution.
- Develop and maintain Kozystay’s design standards and brand aesthetic.
- Supervise and mentor the internal design team and external design vendors.
- Conduct site visits and provide design direction during renovation and installation phases.
- Collaborate with Property Acquisition, Operations, and Purchasing teams to ensure timely project delivery within budget.
- Research trends, materials, and design innovations to continuously enhance unit quality.
- Review and approve design proposals and furniture specifications.
