Key Responsibilities :
- Drive and achieve retail sales targets through effective planning and strategic execution.
- Analyze sales trends, trade stock holdings, and historical data to maximize opportunities.
- Identify and act on seasonal trends, optimize assortment planning, and initiate stock replenishments.
- Monitor and manage inventory and ensuring healthy stock levels.
- Manage sales budgets and effectively control costs to maximize profitability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (brand marketing team, VM, logistics, trainer, HR, etc.) to align on retail initiatives and brand activations.
- Recruit, train, coach, and lead a team of Beauty Advisors (BAs) to ensure operational excellence, high productivity, and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and oversee the availability and usage of samples and testers in stores.
- Conduct regular store visits to supervise visual merchandising, customer engagement, and staff performance.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with store management, retail partners, and key customers.
- Implement effective loss prevention measures, including stock audits, shrinkage control, and damage handling.
- Organize promotional activities, store events, and product launches in collaboration with the marketing team.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in retail area sales operations, preferably in fragrances, beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail.Strong leadership and people management skills with experience leading large retail teams (minimum 20+ BAs).Demonstrated ability in sales analysis, forecasting, inventory control, and budget management.Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).Good knowledge of department store operations and retail SOPs.High commercial acumen with strong understanding of fragrance trends and customer preferences.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to visit frequently between stores in Jakarta.Fluent in English.
