PLANT DESIGN ENGINEER
TRIPATRA is looking for a Plant Design Engineer for a project-based agreement.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and control plant layout engineering deliverables to meet schedule and contract
- Implement or revise methods, standard operational and working practices to ensure compliance with client standards
- Comment on and review preliminary design drafts or 3D models to ensure technical specifications are met
- Perform interdisciplinary engineering and prepare / review interdisciplinary drawings
- Assist senior engineer to plan and coordinate resources : manpower, drafting materials and equipment
- Perform clash check before issuing design products
- Perform review of design / drafting deliverables before sending to engineer / lead engineer
- Perform MTO sketches if necessary to support procurements
- Perform P&ID mechanization to ensure design follows P&ID requirements
- Perform P&ID test block diagram
- Implement standard drawings into design
- Ensure design follows specification and standards
- Perform site survey at greenfield or brownfield area, prepare site survey report, identify and prepare supporting data for change orders
- Engineer proposal preparation when assigned as proposal lead engineer
