Overview

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide our client remote engineering team. In this role, you will own our technical vision, lead system design, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable software.

Responsibilities

  • Lead system design and make critical architecture decisions.
  • Oversee code quality and enforce technical best practices.
  • Mentor a team of developers and coordinate with project stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in system architecture and software design.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing engineering teams.
  • Expert proficiency in Laravel, Docker, and Linux servers.
  • Fluent written English is mandatory for this remote role.
