About the role
We are seeking a talented Finance & Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team at PT Dinamika Sistem Integrasi Solusi. This full-time role based in Jakarta will play a crucial part in maintaining the company's financial records and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
What you'll be doing
- Manage daily financial administration including petty cash, reimbursements, and expense claims.
- Prepare and maintain financial documents such as invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and contracts.
- Process vendor and supplier payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and support cash flow monitoring.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain proper filing of financial records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Support budget preparation and expenditure tracking.
- Provide administrative support for the Finance Department (data entry, correspondence, filing).
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties (banks, vendors, auditors) as required.
- Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting team.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (minimum GPA 3.00); TAX, CPA or equivalent certification preferred.At least 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Administrative roles (fresh graduates are welcome for junior level).Good knowledge of basic accounting and financial principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, Oracle, Accurate) is a plus.Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Good communication and interpersonal skills.High level of integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality.Organizational skills with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.Ability to work independently as well as in a team.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with local tax regulations is an advantage.What’s your expected monthly basic salary?
