IT Strategy & Governance
Work with the IT Business Partner lead and CIO to set the vision, align IT strategy with the business strategy, and drive digital transformation.
Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap, ensuring alignment with the business strategy.
Collaborate with IT leads to design future-state architecture and ensure technology decisions align with long-term goals.
Business Relationship Management
Act as a liaison between IT and business units, managing relationships to understand their needs and translate them into IT initiatives.
Share technology risks and opportunities proactively with senior leaders and business units to drive informed decision-making.
Act as strategic partner to help stakeholders prioritize projects and ensure mutual alignment.
Collaborate with the Data & Analytics Manager to ensure data initiatives support business objectives.
Communicate business successes and demonstrate IT value to stakeholders.
Program & Portfolio Management
Govern project execution, portfolio balance, and prioritization.
Maximize the value of IT resources and minimize risk.
Continuously track and report individual projects’ time, budget, and value realization.
Change Management & Communication
Ensure appropriate change management plans are in place for IT initiatives to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
Ensure clear communication of IT programs and their impact on the business.
Job Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
More than 10 years of progressive IT roles, with at least 5–7 years in senior IT leadership or relationship management positions (e.g., VP of IT, IT Manager, Senior ITBP).
Proven ability to align IT strategies with business goals, managing large IT teams and complex initiatives.
Experience leading Digital Transformation or change management initiatives that impacted business models or ways of working.
Proven track record of applying best practices and tailoring IT strategies to meet unique business needs.
Familiarity with frameworks like PMO, agile, or hybrid methodologies.
Strong business, strategic, and financial acumen; well-versed in articulating technology value in P&L terms and mastering ROI / IRR models.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C-suite peers and board members, articulating the value of IT to the broader business.
Strong storytelling skills, able to craft data-driven narrative presentations for non-technical audiences.
Palm Oil Industry knowledge (preferred), with an understanding of palm oil industry-specific technology trends and challenges.
