Finance Director

Job Description :

Financial Management & Reporting : Oversee daily accounting operations (GL, AR / AP, monthly & annual closings). Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.

Taxation & Compliance : Lead tax planning and compliance (corporate income tax, VAT, withholding). Stay up to date with local tax regulations; liaise with external tax advisors.

Audit & Internal Controls : Manage annual external and internal audits. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Budgeting & Forecasting : Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts. Monitor financial KPIs, conduct variance analysis, and drive corrective actions.

Cash & Treasury Management : Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and banking relationships. Supervise FX risks and cross-border fund transfers.

Strategic Finance Partner : Advise the Board and executive team on capital allocation and risk management. Support business development, pricing strategy, and investment evaluation.

International Trade & Tariff Compliance : Ensure compliance with import / export regulations and ASEAN–China trade tariffs. Oversee customs documentation and tariff optimization for vehicle imports.

Requirements :

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master’s degree and CPA certification are preferred.
• Experience : Min. 10 years in senior finance leadership roles (automotive / manufacturing / trading). Proven expertise in tax, audit, treasury, and international finance.
• Language Skills : Fluency in Mandarin and English (written & spoken). Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a plus.
• Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax (CIT, VAT, WHT, transfer pricing). Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle). Advanced Excel & financial analysis skills.
• Leadership & Communication : Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams. Excellent cross-cultural communication, especially across Indonesia, China & Singapore.
