Job descriptionMinimum 2 years of experience in analytics roles within financial services, preferably in collections(Capacity Planning, Target Calculation). Strong knowledge of data analysis and statistical tools (e.g., SQL, Python, SAS, R). Analytical and creative problem solver, with flexibility to accommodate business needs. Attention to detail and high accountability. Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a fast-paced environment.
About the job
- Monitor key Collection performance indicators. Present any findings / insights and actionable recommendations to management in a weekly regular meeting.
- Work closely with the collections team to ensure alignment between strategy and operations.
- Regularly evaluate and adjust collection strategies through data-driven decision-making and feedback loops.
- Work with data science team to integrate advanced analytics into collection strategies.
- Continuously implement A / B testing for different collection strategies to determine which approaches are most effective and optimize recovery.
- Actively identify opportunities to improve Collection performance.
- Participate on new product / program launch and process change implementation.
