Job Description
- Ensure Timely Resolution Of Cases Related To PMI Learning Offering Via Centralized Ticketing System
- Support The Deployment Of Global Learning Programs By Creating Or Updating Sessions, Events And Recording Course Completion In The LMS System
- Be Fully Accountable For Data Input & Integrity And Administration In All Relevant Systems In Order To Guarantee Effective And High-quality Data Management
- Effectively Collaborate With Other Teams Within LTP To Support Development Of The PMI Learning Offer
- Maintain And Update Online And Digital Assets In Fuse Communities
