Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Presales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales and technical teams to understand client requirements, design tailored solutions, and support the sales process with technical expertise and presentations.

Job Requirements :

  • Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience : 3 years of experience in presales or as a solution architect with a system integrator or IT services firm.

  • Communication & Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Engage with clients to understand their business and technical requirements.
  • Design end-to-end infrastructure solutions (e.g., servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, network, security).
  • Deliver technical presentations, demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoC).
  • Support RFP / RFI responses, including solution design and proposal documentation.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to develop accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs).
  • Assist in technical risk assessments and feasibility studies.
  • Create and maintain solution architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and vendor certifications.
  • Act as a technical advisor to the sales team and customers.
