PERSOL APAC is currently assisting one of our clients in Footwear company in finding great talent as a Marketing Footwear Manufacture with the requirement as follows :

Working location : South Jakarta

Job Responsibility :

Manage and monitor budgets to ensure effective allocation and utilization.
Review financial plans, track results, and recommend improvements.
Design and implement strategic initiatives to achieve business targets.
Study market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Develop strategies to maximize potential from large-scale sports and lifestyle events in Indonesia.
Coordinate with internal teams and partners to execute brand activities at major events.
Support omni-channel initiatives by analyzing customer purchasing patterns and pre-order behaviors.
Lead and mentor team members to achieve high performance and professional growth.
Evaluate sell-in and sell-out performance across accounts and propose action plans.
Prepare regular performance reports for management review.
Plan and deliver community engagement programs in major Indonesian cities to strengthen brand loyalty.
Collaborate with influencers and public figures to enhance brand presence and create impactful experiences.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

Minimum 6 years of professional experience, ideally at a Managerial level.

Strong track record in the sports, running, or retail industry (with priority given to sports over fashion).

Familiarity with Indonesia’s running market is an advantage.

Passion for running and an active lifestyle; comfortable joining sports events.

Strong strategic thinking and market analysis capabilities.

Effective leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Competence in financial planning and performance monitoring.

Ability to design and execute large-scale marketing and community programs, including marathon events and influencer partnerships.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
