Job descriptionBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting. Proficient in English (written and spoken). Proficient in Accurate accounting software. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel. Holder of Brevet A & B certification. Familiar with Indonesian taxation regulations and reporting. Strong knowledge in preparing, analyzing, and reviewing financial reports. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines. Willing to work Monday to Saturday at Cilandak, South Jakarta. Willing to work overtime, including on holidays / weekends when required .
Job Description
- Prepare, review, and maintain financial statements (balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow).
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting.
- Perform general ledger entries , account reconciliations, and journal adjustments.
- Manage and coordinate tax reporting (PPN, PPh, annual corporate tax) in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Monitor and ensure accuracy of all accounting records in Accurate system.
- Collaborate with other departments for budgeting, cost analysis, and expense tracking.
- Liaise with external auditors during audit processes.
- Assist in cash flow management and forecasting.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
- Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
