Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting operating systems, computer hardware and server hardware.
Support the reliability, availability, and performance of the event monitoring system to ensure service vendors meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Strong ability to support activities in data centre and computer rooms.
Ensure data centre physical security procedures are followed strictly.
Prompt escalation of incidents following the standard incident response procedure and track until closure.
Inventory checking and reporting for sites.
To generate reports to management.
Receive, triage, and respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and portal tickets from internal and external users.
Basic Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology or related fields (Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Automation, etc.).
Familiarity with servers, storage, and related IT equipment, preferably with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in onsite maintenance and implementation.
Strong abilities in learning, using technical tools, communication, coordination, and customer service.
