Job Description

As an Accounting Division Head your main responsibilities will include :

  • Lead and manage the accounting team fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee and enhance accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Liaise with regulators (e.g., OJK, Bank Indonesia) and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate submissions and audits.
  • Implement best practices in accounting systems, automation, and reporting tools to support scalability and transparency.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Product teams to support strategic initiatives and business growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounting Division Head should have :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in Multinational Multifinance company is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven track record in managing audits and regulatory reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
