Policy Administration Assistant
Coordinating the development of policies and other regulations
Analyzing, monitoring, measuring, reviewing, and continuously improving company policies and regulations
Ensuring the distribution of directives in the company
Oversee and participate in the production of reports, documents, briefings, and surveys around company regulations
Audit & Investment Committee administrator
Coordinate the monthly scheduling and preparations for the audit and investment committee meetings
Prepare and circulate the minutes of meetings and subsequent approval documentations post committee meetings
Ensure the committee meetings are carried out inline with meeting charters
Risk & Controls Management
Prepare and analyze Controls and Compliance performance reporting for all businesses
Assist the maintenance of Group-monitored risks, and assist in preparation, execution and follow up activities of Controls Assurance Review Programmes.
Ensuring that people in the company are familiar with the directives and understand them related to Risk management
Assist the administration of the SAP GRC system to maintain the Access and Process Control parameters and framework
Program / Project Management and Delivery
Development and maintenance of project management and reporting standards
Monitor and enforce standardization of project management practices
Support program and project management office activities in status, progress, issue, risk, cost management and reporting
Support process architects / project manager as project analyst to design process and controls, perform data analysis and perform change management
Job Requirement :
Min Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting from reputable university.
8-12 years’ experience experienced working within risk, policy, controls and compliance committees and / or workgroups.
Proven track record of performing analytical deliverables and meeting administrative work task.
Experience in controls and compliance is a plus.
Proficient in the usage of MS Office suite of tools (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of SAP system is an added value.
Good proficiency in usage of administrative tools – e.g., meeting / participant availability checking, and minutes of meeting & letter preparations.
Demonstrated ability to understand and adhere to corporate governance policies and guidelines in carrying out administrative tasks
Good language proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
Demonstrated aptitude to pick up new skills quickly on the job and possess an open learning attitude to explore beyond own boundaries of responsibilities
Good communication skills including written and verbal communications as well as visualizations
Knowledgeable with investment measurements and ratios is an added advantage
Familiar with agri-business industry terminologies is an added advantage
Understanding of accounting concepts and standards is an added advantage
