Fully responsible for the Collection process, especially for SME products by monitoring the SME portfolio in Pre-Collection and after due date by carrying out Collection strategies and plans with a litigation or persuasive approach based on standard procedures and the Code of Ethics.

Responsibilities

Set up Collection strategy for SME products
Set up and review periodically to Standard Procedure of Collection SME.
Conduct continuous communication with Business team that handles SME, to communicate any potential overdue accounts.
Provide assistance and advice to Business on SME Collection cases
Execute the Summons Letter, Warning Letter or Litigation process if necessary.
Doing direct visits to borrowers in the verification process and case settlement.
Responsible for monitoring every ongoing legal process as company representative joining with Legal.
Collaborating on Collection Third Party to resolve cases.

Job Requirements

Experience in Collection min 5 years (fintech, leasing, banking) and preferred with SME products.

Accustomed to handling the litigation collection process

Able to prepare and give a good presentation.

Determined, be goal-oriented, and have a good negotiation skill

Leadership skills and experience managing a team.

Willing to travel out of town.

Proficient in speaking and writing in English.
